How has your week been so far? Mine has been fun but busy. Today Our senior school had a go at SLJ- (Summer Learning Journey). We had a go at our other task for this year so our teacher decided to get us to do the one from last year. So the task was to list 10 - food items things you would on a ocean voyage and the reasons you would take them along with you. Check out what I would bring along with me down below.
1. Water - ( To keep you hydrated)
2. Fruits - ( They give you vitamins)
3. Nuts - ( It gives you fibre and protein)
4. Crackers - ( High in in fibre and low in sodium

5. Energy bars - ( It gives you Energy)
6. Candy - ( It gives you a bit of sugar )
7. Canned soup - ( Soup gives you energy)
8. Powder milk - ( It lasted quite a while and you just need water with it)
9. Raisins - ( They are dried up fruit )
10. Beef jerky - ( It has protein in it )
